Did you try the progesteron cream or any other remedies...

I have had so far 3--28 day cycles and 2 --24 days cycles. Things get worse with the short ones... I cannot sleep and I have an acute anxiety one week before and 2-3 days into the period. I had to take a beta blocker again today.

I hope this nightmare will end soon.
