Heavy Metal Detox Kit

My third flush with ES did not go very well as I had very few tiny stones and some chaff. I was expecting more.

My question is:

Do I need to drink 1 quart of ACV for three days? or can I do with less?
I had a few tablespoons of acv with water and belched all day long...I do want to try your coke flush but do not want indigestion. Shall I mix it with Baking soda or not?
Suggestions pls.
