Pelvic Inflammatory Disease caused by an IUD

I got an IUD 2 months after my son was born. That was in may of last year. Last month after my third UTI this year, my doctor checked and found that my uterus was infected from my IUD (paraguard). I'm on my second round of Antibiotics for the infection, and I keep getting yeast infections from the Antibiotics , and the yeast irritates my Urinary tract so i always feel like i'm getting a UTI. I can't have sex anymore because of the pain and discomfort, only once this year, my husband's not too thrilled with that. I keep reading about all of these miracle cures, but i need something that's not expensive, easy to do, and will treat all of my symptoms.
