1. Any meat EXCEPT PORK
2. No sugary foodstuff e.g. choclate, cola etc
3 Exclusion of certain vegetables and fruits e.eg potatos
4. No bread (1 1/2 per day)
5. No pasta, macaroni, rice etc.
Also you have to take 2 kinds of supplements. Iv personally added no drinking anything but green tea and water. Also i have started avoiding milk.
