When you say that you just had a "colonoscopy and everything was gone", do you mean that your odor was gone? If so, observe that for a colonoscopy, you have to do a very thorough intestinal cleansing. If your odor was gone, that's a great indication that at least part the cause of your odor is in your gut.

I highly recommend that you be tested for TMAU to see if that's the problem, It is good that you saw improvement in your odor with the intestinal cleansing.
