Shroom, I seem to remember that you showed us some images almost a year ago, where something that looked very strange had what looked like a needle sticking out of it.

Anyhow, I wanted to ask if you think that the thing that was sticking out might've been the polar tube that microsporidia use to inject infective materila into host cell?
