Re: Stress is Key Factor
thats what i am trying to tell you, i did leave mine alone for 3 months and they were soft like a baby, but in no means were they cured, they were the best 3 months since i got it but then started law school and went downhill, they were soft, not red, not inflammed, and only flaked rather then the thick peel, but you couldnt even notice and i was able to talk, laugh, smile, etc... i truly dont know why but I assume it was because i had no stress and the sun and humidity help alot. the summer before that I was in europe and also had absolutly no problems what so ever only to come home and they get worse.
thats why i am saying stress is a factor, along with other factors. i remember someone one here years ago who said they left home and it just went away, so maybe stress played a role there as well.
what i think is that we all have it for life. if you have exzema it always remains with you and is just worse at some times then others, or any other disease or disorder, depression, arthritis, vision, etc... they all come and go and there are trigers but you just have to figure out how to control it which we are all doing.
EC is about managing, not curing, and if it means i will have to move somehwere hot and humid then so be it.
