Re: urine therapy

Listen to your body and it will often tell you what you need. While doing urine therapy I find that I crave more vegetables than normal, but I still eat meat. Meat is extremely nourishing and I think that people who abstain from it completely are often unbalanced either physically or mentally as a result. That so-called high or spacy feeling you get form eating only vegetables is actually your brain telling you it's lacking the nutrients to function properly. Be cautious about abstaining from meat and taking fad protein sources such as soy protein. Soy is not a healthy food, do some research on it. It's usefull in crop rotation and condiments (soy sauce is great!) but as a food - I highly urge you to look into this subject if you're eating a lot of soy.

Meat should be used sparingly and with gratitude and (if possible) from a clean source. Your body knows what it needs, be sensitive to it and it will reward you!

"Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils, Speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their conscience seared with a hot iron, FORBIDDING TO MARRY , and COMMANDING TO ABSTAIN FROM MEATS, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth." (I Tim 4:1-3)
