ms or what else!

sorry,this is so short.i was dxd with ms in nov.03 positive spinal tap mri showed a lesion at c1.i had no previous symptoms in less then 2 months i was neck down paralyzed and still am! i recently was hospitalized and my nero did tons more testing including my brain and spinal mri which he said came back normal but my spinal tap was still positive. he sent me to iu medical center and they cant say its ms now either.im so confused.i am a f -35.thanks.
