Re: Naturopaths
My personal opinion is that no matter how much you go it will not pull out the candida rooted in there. And unless your bowel movements are very bulky and somewhat hard so they can pull it out, so as to be scraping the sides of every square
inch of your intestine , I do not see how bowel movmements will be able to remove all the toxins. If you think about how the large intestine works, its job is to absorb liquid out of your stool to form a solid movement. Much of the liquid toxins are being absorbed (scary) The best thing to do is to load up on fiber as much as you can in the form of shakes or salads. That will absorb a great deal of toxins and bulk up . But it still will not pull out much candida. I see virtually no candida anymore when I go to the bathroom. Yet, when I do an enema it pours out of me. My thoughts now are that fiber will pull out the weakened candida but half of it is hanging on and clinging to the sides. It can withstand the passing of a movement especially if the movement is softer. Candida hangs out in the cecum where the small intestine and large intestine connect on the lower right side of your abdomen. I have become really good at getting the water all the way up there. Once I get it there I massage that spot and roll around. This dislodges candida's grip. I then pass alot of it when the water comes out and the next few days a bowel movement will drag out some more. It is a real effort to shake it loose at the stage I am at now. Without doing these enemas I am afraid I would have hardly made any progress at all. I would venture to say i would have been on the 10 year plan trying to get rid of it.
If you think about it when the chime ( liquid mixture) in the small intestine moves into to the cecum where candida hides out , very much of it is still liquid. Liquid is not going to pull out candida. Only the rushing in of water and the massaging seems to do it.
