Re: Does regular inversion help gray hair?

Hey San,

You said you went premature gray at 12. I know someone who did so, at about 16. That, being the case, this cannot be a true statement:

"Wrinkles and gray hair are 2 prominent signs of aging."

Also, One can get wrinkles from smoking, dehydration and whatever else, even in their younger years.

When I am not drinking enough water, the 'fine' lines I have in my forehead become more prominent. When I drink plenty of water, they become 'fine' again.

OH and I am blessed to not have gray in my hair. I haven't colored my hair in over a year. I was looking at it, the other day and there is not gray AND it is its natural color, after all these years!

I have not inverted in a couple weeks. When I return from my vacation, my intention is to begin inverting again, as well as some other lifestyle changes.

Have an AweFilled day!

Peace,
Beth
