Re: --Cayenne Pepper-- ??

Hi Moreless,
Are you saying hot peppers, cayenne etc. are acidic in themselves or only if grown improperly?
I have been using up to a tablespoon of capsicum in powder form, eaten in chicken broth! It niether burns nor does it seem to throw off my pH!
I assume this capsicum must be grown to full maturity and grown in a well adjusted soil! Is this correct?
