Use Waterpik for oral health and add-on sinus tips for nasal irrigaton. The sinus tips works much better than NETI pots due to the pulsing action at low pressure of the Waterpik. It is more efficient and the sinus tips come in 2 types : straight jet and spray (from brand SinuPulse). Some sites also sell tips for cleaning the throat and tongue.

When buying waterpik, check whether the model can be used with sinus tips.
