Wow...very interesting. And while I'll be glad to pass the info along, I'm not sure that the advice will be heeded.

A little background. He's 36, normal weight. His diet is the worst that I've seen. He lives off of mainly meat and milk...and not necessarily in that order. He drinks at least a gallon of milk every day. Loves meat (prime rib, ribeye), butter, deep fried turkey (why..?), potatoes, bread (did I mention butter)and seafood (lobster, crab, shrimp, scallops...with lots of butter). He picks at his food because he's generally full from chugging milk. He doesn't like veggies at all (maybe corn, peas and salad smothered in dressing), or most fruit (he can tolerate fruit better than veggies...though mainly bananas). He is active but sedentary if that makes any sense. Meaning he's on the go alot, but he is not into exercise at all at the present time...though he has been in the past. I could go on, but it ain't pretty~! To make things worse...he kind of gloats about his diet and thinks it's cute or something. Always makes comments about how colorful my plate of food is and how his is always brown and white.

So again, I'll gladly pass the information on, but I'm not sure how much he'll take in. Can you give any info on his present lifestyle choices that may hit home for him? I realize you can't change a person, but I'd really like him to be healthy.
