The red things (and possibly the black things, not sure) could be Flukes. The red ones are likely liver flukes, I think.

Not sure about the other stuff but it's good that you are getting rid of it. You can google "human parasites" and hit "images" at the top of the page and see some (really grosse) photos of parasites. They are alive in the photos so they can look different when we find them dead in our stools. Tweet
