"Life's most urgent question is: what are you doing for others?"

What am I doing for others right now in my life? How can I die to myself? I want to know what it is to love people.
There are so many people here on these boards that I (and we) can be of service to.
The only thing that has helped me get out of my own head is to call or email another BO sufferer and listen to how their day has gone. The only thing that has helped me after a hard day is to try to organize something that could help all of us.
Guys, get out of yourselves. Volunteer a bit of your time throughout the week to contact the BO sufferers you know to see how they are doing. Plan a meetup, get a new conference call going, or get a plan of action going that you think can help all of us. Contact a doctor or a lawmaker who can listen to us...anything.
If I am getting annoying in pushing people to get out of theirselves and to help other people, then I am sorry. But it is the only thing that has helped me.
Showing love in my own small way to all of you has helped me more than zinc, vitamin b, baking soda, odor eaters, diets, showers, cleanses, colognes, and sprays.
I promise if you go out of your way to show love to someone else, you will get a glimpse of what it is to not have any problems at all.

There are some people who never go through strife at all, and yet they have a horrible, pessimistic attitude.
Then there are some who go through the most horrible suffering imaginable, and yet they have the most optimistic, upbeat attitude.
Happiness is not about what happens to you, it is about how you react to what happens to you. I want to know how love can change me. I want to know how love can set me free from a prison of doubt.
You all are like a family to me.
Regards,
Cabel
