i need some good info on acute respiratory failure. the person is in his seventies, history of smoking and about 7 years exposure to cleaning solutions and solvents ina commercial laundry. he is not releasing the CO2 so oxygenation is down to practically nothing.

i might have hours. i hope i have days. i am flying to anchorage tomorrow.
