I started using Colosan today for the first time and when I read the label it says that it is magnesium and you take it with one oz of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice to release oxygen in your intestinal tract. Is there any difference between using Colosan this way and using epsom salts which is magnesium sulfate with apple cider vinegar other than a big difference in price? They both cause the runs. Colosan claims to loosen impacted material from your intestines. Does espom salt do this as well or does it work just a as laxative. COuld you be taking too much Colosan just like you can take too much epsom salts? Thanks.
