Problems with upper plate

Hello!

I've had this plate for over a year and while it has never been my favorite thing
to wear I had no major problems till lately.
After wearing this upper plate I've had:
bad jaw/temple pain (right side), to the point where it hurt just to open my mouth.
also similar pain, but less severe.
Sometimes I swear that the plate actually causes me to sneeze!
Had two week vacation and hardly ever wore the plate
since it was bothering my jaw.
Returning to work I wore it all day.
Now I've got a headache, pain behind right eye and behind head above neck
again on right side. Also my eye is weeping (tears) during the day
and clouded in the morning.

Do you think it could be related to the upper plate?
Wondering if I may have something going on with my sinuses
and the plate, which seems to "squeeze" my gums is amplifying it.

Any suggestions?
