Thank you for asking :-). I wanted to post to you yesterday, but too much is happening. Even though I didn't see your posted question here, I must have gotten the message :-)..

Yes, there is *much* improvement. While not back to normal, I *am* in considerably less pain- I'd say the pain level is 40% less than what it was before I started the footbaths. *That* is a wonderful thing..

I am doing the footbaths every day. The very first time my feet hit the cold water I went "YEEOW!" because it was so cold, but less than a minute later I almost fell asleep in it! Is that wild or what?

I started (and am continuing) the footbaths with the recipe you recommended- 4 TBSP ES, 2 TBSP Baking Soda, 1 pint 3% H2O2, hot first, then iced cold, then hot, then cold again for 30+ min total soaking time.

Swelling is decreased and systemic pain is lessened. My energy level is better, and I actually have some grip strength in my hands now YAY :-). Can't use a can-opener yet, though. A friend opens my tuna, lol.

Left knee is still giving me a fit, as is the arch of my right foot.. Although I can now bend the knee much better, what I thought was water across the top of it (IOW just North of the kneecap) has taken on more of the characteristic of a hardened, contracted muscle [or some other wierd thing- gulp 8~| ]. Can acidity retreat to a centralized location and contract the muscle there? I am betting it can..

A lot of the burning has backed off, Thank God..

Agility and 'speed of movement' are returning to my hands. I can now feel how much contraction my larger muscles have been held in (some of them still are), and it is lessening- Almost every day I feel a difference. I have more 'flex' than I did a day or so before. I can now stand long enough to make dinner, as long as I have a chair in the kitchen to sit down now and then. I have more energy to do more things.

Continuing with the BSM drink every day + 1 TBSP of Kelp mixed w/BSM per day. I have dropped the honey from the drink after your last post to me ref pesticides.

Thank you for your concern Moreless and Forumfolk- I am so very touched :-). It gives me strength :-).

I have an unavoidable trip to make out-of-state tomorrow, and I will be gone for a week or so. All my footbath stuff and BSM etc is going on the road with me..
