Re: Blueberries Reverse Age-Related Memory Problems

I'm glad I caught this, I would like to add something here I learned a couple of summers ago. I hope that the quick-freezing process would not harm the good that blueberries do.

Obviously, fresh-picked is ALWAYS best.

However, so many in my particular family just don't care for blueberries, including myself. My sister-in-law told me a little secret, though. She said, "Before you give up on them, try them frozen. They're like a little treat, especially if you feel like eating a popsicle on a hot summer day. Have a bowl of blueberries, and grapes, and bananas in the freezer...not necessarily all to be eaten together."

The frozen blueberries and grapes have the texture of popsicles.
Frozen bananas have the texture of a "puddin pop" or a "fudgsicle".

Tis a wonderful treat!
