buy a distiller and only drink from that from now on (DRUG STORE DISTILLED WONT DO?)

eat fresh, raw, organic food only. absolutely nothing premad or processed, even if it is certified organic. (COOL. I DO ALREADY)

get any silver fillings out of your mouth yesterday. (WHY? WHATS THE PROBLEM?)

i think colloidal silver and iodine will figure into your regimen at some point. i am sure tony has things to add, too. (WHERE CAN I LEARN ABOUT THIS MORE?)
