It probably means that yes,in part..(as some part is ingested-sallowed mixed with the saliva etc..

I also used to brush my teeth with baking soda..
So the other option is to use Sea Salt
Humble states that one must waits a few hours after usimg Miracle-Mineral-Supplement to take vitamin C.. or juice that contains it(like added,etc..)

So try it;or if you use baking soda,wait a minimum 2 hrs...
