Re: Good One Chris I have proof!
Thank you for your post...
pharmaceuticals are becoming more and more suspect in a great many issues... one huge issue in obesity.
What happens is HRT,
Antibiotics , some anti-depressants, Blood pressure meds etc. mess with the cell wall structure, weakening it.
The sodium potassium balance is compromised and you get people, that no matter what they do... exercise, diet, what-have-you, they cannot lose weight, get a handle on their BP, etc. In these cases, until they STOP all salt, including hidden salt in cheese and breads, etc. AND up their intake of potassium rich foods, they will not lose weight. Oh, and before I forget, in these cases, chloride can be a culprit in high BP as well... not just sodium.
It is NOT calories in, calories out... a calorie does not mean a damn thing without the ability to use it... and in this case, merely drinking water could cause a weight gain due to the inability of the body to regulate sodium across the cell membrane properly due to pharmaceutical damage.
Unfortunately, this issue does not only affect weight... it also affects wellness and can even be the cause of death. I am seeing more and more where pharmaceuticals and vaccines are the crux of today's health crisis.

Things are not supposed to be the way they are today... it is a big confusing mess due to the prevalence of drugs and toxins... which deplete body minerals, enzymes, nutrients, and kill off good bacteria, in addition to distorting mineral metabolism, enzyme activity, and compromising cellular integrity affecting nutrient delivery and waste disposal.
When the sodium potassium balance is messed up due to pharmaceutical use, cellular metabolism is compromised along with cellular waste disposal.
