day 4: more weird symptoms

i'm still feeling very weak, and have noticed that i am cold all the time and my heart beat is slower, yet beats with a stronger thud. i had more vivid and disturbing dreams, and despite feeling physically exhausted and in a daze, my mind just doesn't get tired, so i'm definitely getting a lot less sleep. i'm also on an emotional roller coaster.

has anyone else experienced these? when am i gonna get this energy people keep talking about?
