Re: Is it ok to do colonics during a Humaworm cleanse?
Sunshine,
I think that similar effects from Humaworm, in different parts of the world, prove that it IS the formula that is doing the job.
I, too, feel the bodily saturation, and reactions for at least a month after the 30 days. Also, I suspect that the reactions are cumulative...that they add up, cleanse after cleanse. Perhaps it is that the body comes to expect the assistance...the rhythm.
Tips for drinking castor oil...
I took less than one teaspoonful (maybe a half teaspoonful), once a day, for a day or two in a row, with the juice of half a pink grapefruit...and had no trouble with stomach/bowel cramps.
After doing this, say, six times, with maybe as much as a week in between, I got some cramps and gurgling, and quit. I read that there is some kind of vitamin (?) in castor oil that the body can get too much of, and can't process any more. Cramps, I believe, are the 'sign' that toleration level has been reached.
Perhaps packs or rubbing some on the skin over the area desired works differently, given the skin's many protective mechanisms.
(Castor oil seems to easily wash out of cloth, though I'd advise to wear old pj's, just in case, maybe adding an old towel for warmth.) :D
Personally, I think that moving the bowels takes precedence over any cleanse...there is such a need to be rid of parasites and their stuff, reasonably quickly. The trick is to remove the junk gently, and NOT stress the body, the way I see it.
Apparently, activated charcoal helps, though perhaps not as well as a Himalayan salt (1% solution) bath or footbath. The charcoal pack likely is not as discriminatory as a whole ocean mineral bath, 1%, would be.
I'll go get you a link for opinions on activated charcoal.

Oh yes...Hu-Mana-Tea is wonderful! And, not bitter at all!
My best,
