Wheatgrass powder??

Hi everyone.

I was wondering about the nutritional value of wheatgrass powder as opposed to the freshly juiced stuff. The fact is at the moment I simple don't have enough hours in my day to be able to commit to juicing the lovely stuff so my question is:-

Is wheatgrass powder worth taking??

I'm sure it wont be as good as the juiced stuff but would it be fair to say its 75% as good??
