On one hand it amazes me that there is so much contradicting information out there. On the other hand, the same can be said with many different topics.

One word of caution ... I have found that a person that really wants to figure this out can and will. Try to convince someone, and you'll have a battle. It takes a few good hours of reading and research to realize all we have been told is not true.

Seek and thee shall find :-)

Keep adding articles and links here so people can read the "truth" and form an opinion ... very valuable... thanks again!
