every time I notice that time I stop and connect to Unity, and appreciation and breathe it out as a blessing. It's a good thing to stop and take a minute. Don't know what Abraham says but I've been doing this for years, as well as anytime I see repeat numbers. 11:11 has always been my favorite though. I see it as the divine quadrupled.
