Hi Tomi,
The Vitamin C version of Ascorbic acid is very acidic and therefore produces loose stools or diarrhea, but if you take Magnesium Ascorbate, in the powdered or crystallized form, it is not acidic where the magnesium is beneficial for your Heart Muscle.
One scoop is equivalent to one gram (1000mg) of Vitamin C.

60mg is even below the RDA of 75mg.
You need to supplement with at least 4 to 6000mg per day with the L-Lysine & L-Proline.
