And of course, remember that you regain weight with a vengeance after a fast unless you are well prepared with a solid, sensible eating and EXERCISE program! Fasting is great to jumpstart weight loss, but WILL NOT keep it off! That's another enchilada.
Also... I continued to do my daily gym workout (moderate exercise) every fasting day barring crises, and of course you need to do a daily colon cleansing ritual as you would during any fast to help the body remove toxins quickly and avoid crises.
