Re: WHO ELSE IS FASTING ? and why ?

i am currently on day 2 of a ten-day water fast. (i may go longer if it feels right). i'm fasting for greater physical health, spiritual enlightenment, and also to cure certain ailments: i have quite a few food allergies (especially to FRUIT!--may favourite food), and i struggle with depression. i probably have candida, too, so i want to cleanse myself of that as well.
