I can fully appreciate your apprehension about trying ingesting new things, especially when you feel your body is so completely out of wack that only a dropful of anything can make it go over the edge. It's hard to take the first step, and it's an excellent idea to start with one supplement at a time, as opposed to the whole regimen. I'm glad the chinese chlorella worked for you. It is a wonderful, natural internal deoderizer that is basically the green chlorophyl that makes plants green. So, it's like having vegetables.
I have found that if I do take most supplements on an empty stomach, I will get gas too. So, even if the directions say otherwise, I do take them with food, or I eat something a few minutes afterwards. It does help with the bloating.
