I get the Navitas brand off Amazon. Then use my grinder to grind them up into powder and add to shakes or sprinkle into cereal. You can also take a couple of handfuls, add them to a handful of blueberries, put them in some hot water and let them soak for a few days. Add some agave nectar or stevia to sweeten, blend them up, strain, and you've got some awesome juice. Eat what you strained as it is all good.
