Re: Is Aura Cacia a good brand?

Greetings Rick67,
I was intrigued by your question since I probably am asked that very same question by most of my clients. I am a certified Aromatherapist and have been using Essential oils for 20 years. I could give you the short answer, but you would probably not like it.
Essential oils that I personally use do not come from the health food store. I do not trust them to be pure or therapeutic.
I trust that is why you asking. You want the best and the least expensive.
The old adage that "you get what you pay for" is true when looking for high quality EO's.
However I have very good results with several companies like Young Living (the first EO's I bought came from there). I actually use several companies now and would be happy to share with you which ones if you are interested.
Back to the oil you purchased. You are correct about the source for your frankincense. The botanical name should be Boswellia carteri.
