Conversion question

Hello - I'm running low on Lugol's so I just started taking an oldish jar of "iodine from kelp" (Whole Foods brand) that had been sitting around in my medicine cabinet for a few months. (The practical side of me is prompting me to use up what I have before ordering more Lugol's.) Previously I was taking 5 drops of Lugol's daily. I'm now taking 4 kelp tablets twice a day. Each tablet is 225 mcg. I'm wondering what the equivalent of 225 mcg is to a drop of Lugol's. In other words, how many drops of Lugol's am I now taking the equivalent of?
