It is a great loss that you are ignoring a great wealth of knowledge, but I have no intention to change your view.

It is important to remember that almost all pharmaceuticals are chemical compounds that have been discovered in nature. What someone sells as ground leaf and has a small effect, can be synthesized or a concentrated extract that consistently has a measured effect.

The best way to compare modern versus traditional/alternative medicine is to look in developing countries where there is no access, and the significantly shorter lifespan, and people who live in constant misery. I’ve been to many of these countries and seen it.

People who exhort the hysteria of ‘death’ in the modern world from ‘chemicals’, ‘energies’ and other intangibles forget we live the longest and healthiest lives in the countries with access to modern medicine. Those countries without, who rely on herbs, ignorance and superstitious traditions, die young.
