I am glad to hear about your success. You should look at next doing 10 Rolfing Sessions which help to bring you back your structure. I believe the sit is rolfingguild. I have only done 2 sessions but it seems to help all those musslce. If you can find a D.C that has gone through the training it would be 100 percent better.
