I usually don't lose weight until around Day 8. On this cleanse, I am on Day 11 and had only lost 2 lbs until today, I lost about 3. Other times I exercise a lot more and lose a lot of weight. Get your body moving around. Just walking a lot can really bump your metabolism.
More importantly, don't worry about your weight loss, focus on cleansing and developing new eating habits, establishing control of impulses. You are doing something amazing already by getting to Day 7 per the program.
