It has been weeks since I took any Baking Soda in water, although I do use Baking Soda to brush my teeth..
The only Potassium I have taken as a supplement would be in the Emergen-C which has 200mg in each envelope, and the last I took of that was 1 envelope 2 or 3 days ago..
I am switching to more BSM throughout the day, will mix it with Kelp to sneak the Kelp through my tastebuds :-). I will also move the Drink to earlier in the day- I'm working up to doing the BSM Drink 3X/ day..

I'll keep looking also, for *any* food item which has an alkalizing effect.. Wish me luck..
