Thanks for the info mpdela(oh and by the way I dont drink beer, I meant I have a belly that looks like someone drinks alot of beer) to young for alchohol.

I'd also like to add that this diariah and constipation usually reacts when I eat heavy loads of meat/spicy food or alot of bread/rice/patatoes etc. If I eat a Big Mac meal for instance, I wont have any problems, unless I add in more fries and another burger, so I believe it's just when I overload with food, which I can do at times, and this is what causes such a disturbance in the digestive system.

Also i'd like to ask, what foods actually contatin low choline? I've looked at the links that you put up, but couldn't find where they say what foods you can eat.

And I check the multivitamin and it contains something like 0.5mmg of choline(its at the very bottom of all the substances), is that bad?

Overall I'm just going to drink loads of water, go on a diet, take some supplements and see what happens.
