I also have reflux for many years. I am going to try this as well. I make my ginger juice by just putting it in juicer and then adding some water to it. It is best if freshly made and consumed. If you do not have a juicer then just grate the ginger on a cheese grater and put the pulp in a cloth and squeeze the juice out of it. The pulp can then be left in water for ten minutes and then strain it. add alll together and you have a nice ginger juice.
Now the juice by itself is very hot if you do not regularly eat hot foods and can't tolerate it. You have o dilute it in cold or warm water and drink it first thing in the morning.
Pleae let me know how you fare with this remedy, I will do the same.
