I thought maybe it would be a good time for an update on oleander. The news on the patented medicine Anvirzel is that it continues to enjoy great success against virtually all kinds of cancers, as does the Sutherlandia OPC dietary supplement and the home made Oleander Soup Remedy. The big news about Anvirel is that it is no longer made by Phoenix Bitoech, but instead by the newly formed Phoenix spin-off Nerium Biotechnology located in Canada and operated by former Phoenix employee Dennis Knocke.
Earlier today I spoke with Dennis and he assured me that they remain supportive of our group, as has been Phoenix, and of my efforts to help more people discover oleander in ANY form, including the home remedy. He also agrees that the home version of oleander extract should be quite safe so long as the directions for making it are followed. As he and I discussed, the home remedy version is modeled after the patented Anvirzel and the FDA phase I trials did not even approach a toxic level for injectable Anvirzel - instead they reached a point where it was impractical to inject larger quantities (and the home dosage is the same as the injectable dose). HOWEVER, oleander IS a deadly toxic plant in raw form and, due to the cardiac glycosides in the extract, it does cross assay with digoxin/digatalis after being prepared into an aqueous solution, so one must take care in handling the raw plant material and in making and taking the extract).
Which reminds me - if you are not going to follow instructions EXACTLY in both making and taking it, then don't attempt it. After recently hearing from a woman who decided to skip the straining (other than a metal juice type strainer), slug it down unmeasured out of the bottle and keep doing so after noticing numbness on her lips, I will have more to say on that subject in another message. In the interim, let's just remind one and all that oleander IS a highly toxic plant that can kill you in raw form, it does cross assay with digitalis/digoxin, and lip numbness is a sign of contamination - likely by pesticides such as malathion. So, either follow directions or forget it.
With the Sutherlandia OPC (http://www.sutherlandiaopc.com) available for only $60 including shipping anywhere in the world for a one month supply, it now makes little sense to me to make your own anyway, and you also have the benefit of not having to worry about the varying batch strengths which are all very consistent with the patented medicine and supplement, whereas they can vary fairly widely in the home made version.
Back to my discussion with Dennis. While we talked about the success of oleander against virtually all cancers and a few cases in particular, he reminded me that oleander was without doubt the best option for pancreatic cancer and melanoma. He was talking with two pancreatic cancer patients this past week who are five months out from diagnosis. One uses only oleander and the cancer has stopped growing and the other uses chemo and oleander and the cancer is GONE! They have other patients who are alive years after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
Dennis also mentioned that two other papers were due to be published soon and he will forward them to me to share with you guys and gals (and the world at large) as soon as they are available.
Meanwhile, in Houston, trials continue at MD Anderson on a new pill form of oleander developed by Phoenix Biotech whereby, according to Phoenix, they use a process with liquid carbon dioxide and micro-fine particles of oleander to extract a much greater amount of oleandrin and the other cardiac glycosides without losing any of the other supportive compounds.
And last but not least, the news out of South Africa is that a major press conference will be held soon detailing the tremendous successes of Marc Swanepoel's Sutherlandia OPC supplement against HIV/AIDS and cancer and the new manufacturing facility that has taken over production. I have a series of articles of my own that are being published by Mike Adams Natural News website and I am patiently waiting on the very busy Marc Swanepoel to find time to get back to me so that I can finish the crown piece in the series.
Til next time, live long, live healthy and live happy!
