I am no expert at finding solutions to sleep, but recently I have been learning about astral projection, and I've been going to a free training group. They taught a visualisation exercise, by focusing on an object, to try to remember its detail. Then close the eyes and try to visualise it. If you don't quite have it in your head you continue to open your eyes for 20-30 seconds reading its shape, texture, colour etc. I literally nodded off during the class. Crazy, considering I can't sleep when i put my head to the pillow. I've been thinking about recreating that scene. I will lie as comfortable as possible, in my usual wake up sleep position, and have a lamp on with its switch by my hands to save moving. I will let you know how I get on.
