What did I throw up? Strange experience.

Hello I'm new to this forum.  I did my 2nd gall bladder flush Sunday night and I did not use any epsom salt because when I used it for my first flush, it really left me weak and feeling wiped out.  I first woke up with diahrrea at 2am and the whole night felt very sick to my stomach.  I kept thinking "mind over matter, don't throw up!"  But at 5am I ended up throwing up quite a bit.  Here's the weird thing...Most of the contents I threw up were watery and the color of the red grapefruit juice, but something large came out...It looked like an ice cube sort of.  It was whitish and a big chunk.  I was just disgusted and without thinking washed it down the sink.  Now I wish I would have had the sense to have poked at it a bit, because I really don't remember eating anything that could have explained that thing.  I have to say, I felt significantly better after throwing up and though I had some sore spots on a couple of places on my right side afterwards I seem to have more energy, especially today- 3 days later.  I would be reluctant to do another flush unless I can change something to avoid vomiting or find something less nasty to take than olive oil.  I can't even stand the smell of it now.  If I notice that I feel significantly better, I might be able to convince myself it was worth it.  Drinking a cup of olive oil, even with lemon or grapefruit juice is not as easy as it sounds. Sick

Does anybody else have any interesting stories pertaining to their flushes?  I have had yellow feces with yellow seed like consistency, but I did not filter anything.  I just can't muster the energy it takes to look for stones.  Also, I did have a lot of floating debris.  I'm new at this flushing business.  I didn't even know what a gall bladder was in Novemeber 07 before mine went bad.  Then I spent months being sick with misdiagnosis.  Sick As A Parrot  I had a horrible winter, but am slowly getting better now.
