I just finished day 6 of the MC. This is my second MC, but I have done numerous juice fasts. I am feeling pretty good, but I started to get really sore and painful hips on day 4, and they are still quite painful now. At some points in the day it is almost unbearable. I've never had this before during a cleanse, and am wondering what is causing it. I have never had any hip problems previously.
Any suggestions? I plan to do 10 days of the MC, then switch to juice for 20 days. Happy detoxing!
