This last year we've been sticking pretty close to 60-70% raw (less in winter/FAR more in summer) and wehad a good solid year of serious cleaning and unclogging the year before that. Well, it's just amazing how easy it is to feel clogs in our colon. About two months ago, my cousin brought us FOUR huge coolers of deer meat (we normally eat meat only a few times a month). Well, it was the dead of winter and we went crazy & had like 5 meat meals in a row...two of them back to back (with virtually no greens or produce). Hubby ended up having take IF#1's for several days to be able to poop, and I ended up doubled over in major lower right/central side pain for about 20 minutes when I woke up and tried to have a normal bm. It was a RIDICULOUS amount of pain (I have a huge pain tolerance). I was 'white knuckling' the sink and half-way bouncing on the toilet. I hollered at hubby to get me some Water Fast (I really did feel like I was gonna pass out or something), and when he saw me (and I saw the look on his face), I took a quick look in the mirror and I was totally white (lips n' all). It took me THREE days to be able to have a painless bm and everytime I got up or down or put any pressure on that right/central area, it made me jump. Lol, so now I know why the ole time healers insist on going vegan to heal. That was more stress on my body than I'd had in years! Sheesh, I should have KNOWN better, but hey, those deer burgers were heaven :)

That's GREAT about the capsicum/cayenne - you won't buhLEEVE the difference. Last August I got a chance to get ahold of several pounds of fresh organic Habaneros (300,00 - 350,00 HU) and I tinctured them in 100-120 proof vodka/everclear blend. A few weeks ago I did some more 'cayenne research' and found that Schulze had folks on the Incurables program taking 2 dropperfulls (60 drops) FIVE times a day. So I "harvested" a big bottle (tinctured almost 7 months!) and we gave it a try (2 droppersfull in about an inch of water). waWaWOWZAH!! We just stood there with this schitt-eatin' grin on our face and felt it do it's thing. It went immediately to our head (of course) and then you could just feel it break open the circulation all the way down our bodies...we could even feel it go down our arms/legs into our fingers & toes. It was better than awesome, it was THRILLING!

And all of a sudden everything I'd read about cayenne made solid sense. Why to take in tincture form? Because it's alcohol based, so you don't have to digest it to get the benefit...it's goes straight into your bloodstream through your stomach (just like all alcohol). Which means IMMEDIATE circulation (and no butt burn!!!) Why does Schulze add it to ALL his tinctures? Because it speeds whatever the tincture is throughout the body. I'd read him talking about how a good ginkgo tincture always took 3-5 weeks to work, but when he added cayenne, he saw the results in DAYS. Yeah Yeah...book learning I had in my head. But man-oh-man, to experience it made all the difference in the WORLD! Now we *know*...and that's just so cool. (Btw, if you want to sample a bit of it, email me sometime). And knowing that there just no way you can 'overdose' is great too. He had people that were 'past terminal' taking even more than what I mentioned above...and when it comes to natural healing, FLOW is the name of the game.
