Re: Dairy Dilemma; Choosing Milk in B.C?

Can you connect with a farm family who is interested in this, Kodi?

There is one 'drop-in' dairy near Salmon Arm whose products might be worth exploring.

Perhaps you could get the name of that dairy through the Salmon Arm Chamber of Commerce.

Then telephone them. Surely they would know 'who's around' in B.C...and would love the interest.

Every 'specialist' loves to 'talk shop'.

You never know who you'll connect with...or who will connect with you, if you put your name out there. ...Even just a 'screen name' and a box number. Maybe there's a post office near you with boxes to rent.

Dairymen have associations, too. Maybe you could go to a few meetings and be a 'fly on the wall', or go to coffee with some.

You've really studied your subject...some out there would love to talk with you.

Good luck!
