Re: Pineapple cleanse

Ascaris is so, so tough. I am still dealing with trying to rid of ascaris.

I haven't done the pineapple cleanse, but for about a month I blended pineapple every day and drank it (with a little coconut oil and banana). It was very therapeutic. It's great for enzymes and known to be an anti-parasitic.

If you do the cleanse, let us know how it goes!
