That is great you are having results. I did a 30 day Clarkia session and now after 2 weeks, starting another 2 weeks then on and off for one week at a time (twice).
If you really concentrate on forcing yourself to drink a lot of water, half your weight in ounces, your die-off bad effects will diminish greatly. Not at first, but at the end of the day you will notice the difference. And 1/4 tsp Sea Salt for every pint (about a little water bottle size) of water you drink. Not table salt ! Sea Salt . What are your die-off symptoms? I usually feel tiredness and at higher doses, itchy and achy. For some reasons my elbows would ache, they never did before!!
